Request an Application

An application may be requested at any time, however, most participants wait until after a successful bond vote has taken place. Vermont Municipal Bond Bank highly recommends that you contact a qualified attorney to assist you with the Bond vote warning, ballot and timelines.

Although VMBB can not fill out an application on an Applicant’s behalf, its staff is available to assist borrowers with clarification of the information being requested.

To request an application, complete and submit the information below.

Note: Submitting an application does not commit the municipality to bond.  A formal commitment, however, will be required just prior to the bonds being sold by the VMBB.
